We were absoutely amazed by the apartment and its facilities. The building is new, and the location is great (only 3 minutes walk from the Republic Square; there are a lot of shops, pharmacies etc. in the surrounding). The staff is friendly and helpful and our room was cleaned every 2 days.

ThanksI along with my wife stayed at Welcome Yerevan Apartment for 3 nights and loved it. The hosts are very helpful and speak perfect English. They will go an extra mile to asisst you and provide travel recommendation.
It is a new building at a perfect location with all the city attractions within a walking distance. The supermarket, restaurants and the currency exchange is just within 1 min walk which we found to be really practical.
Special thanks to Katarina and Ararat fornmaking our stay comfortable and memorable at Yerevan. We would stay with them in our future travel as well.

Место расположения великолепное, все центральные достопримечательности, рестораны в 5 минутах ходьбы. Квартира шикарная, ключи получить очень легко, дом новый, есть лифты, в квартире все новое, чистое. Есть все что требуется.

Очень понравилось расположение, всё находится рядом: магазины, кафе, рестораны, достопримечательности. Чистые и просторные апартаменты, уборка по графику, наличие парковочного места на подземном паркинге, есть завтрак по желанию за приемлемую плату, попробовали один раз, вкусные и большие порции.

Расположение – самый центр. Ключи получены мгновенно. При заселении возникли проблемы с отоплением, номер оперативно был заменен, за что отдельное спасибо Тиграну. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Известные заведения – “Таверна Ереван” и “Кавказская пленница” находятся за углом, магазины рядом. Дом еще не готов (идет отделка подъездов и лифтов), однако на номерах это не отражается. Пробыли 4 ночи – очень довольны. В квартирах есть абсолютно все необходимое. Если нужен не номер в гостинице, а апартаменты-отличный вариант. Если соберемся еще раз в Ереван, думаю, что выбирать другие варианты не будем, остановимся здесь. Тем более, что ремонт закончится.))
P.S. Отзыв январский с букинга. НО в сентябре по нашему совету был еще один заезд и всем все понравилось. Есть сайт, контакты, созванивайтесь, договаривайтесь и Вам обязательно пойдут навстречу и разместят согласно Ваших пожеланий, как это было у нас. Успешного отдыха.

My stay was amazing, location wise this place is a short a walk away from republic square as for the facilities they are really new and well taken care of. The staff is always responsive for all inquiries, loved the customer service shows how much they care about they’re clients.

“It’s name is an apartment but you actually have a good hotel suit with all you may ever think.
Complete kitchen tools , microwave , refrigerator, washing machine , hair dryer, sleeper , body and hair shampoo , enough towels , even housekeeping to clean the room , and very nice 24 hours available personnel . It’s the most near and suitable place for people who like to open the door and be at the middle of the city center . The apartment is just like the photos on the internet without differences. It’s close to the republic square and the beginning of the Yerevan city center attraction . I was there for 4 days with my family 4 persons and if I want to be in Yerevan again I will be here again.”

“My wife and I stayed at City Center Apts. for 10 nights. The apartment was spacious and clean. The bathroom shower area was exceptional. We’re spoiled now, one bathroom reno coming up.
The location is ideal, less than a 5 minute walk to Republic Square and 10-15 minutes for many other attractions.
Best of all was the service we got from Erna, Raphael and all of the other admin people on site. No request for assistance or advice was too small or to large. They arranged a tour for us as well as a ride to Tbilisi and were very helpful in pointing out good restaurants and other areas of interest to us.
Nothing seemed to be a problem. They helped to make our stay in Yerevan a highlight of our travel life.”
